Marcelo de Jesus Moreira Stefano is a lawyer, graduated in 1994 from the law class at FMU and post graduated in 2000 in Contract Law at PUC-SP. He started his professional activities in 1992 as a lawyer for financial institutions.

During this period, he acquired great skill in negotiating and formalizing agreements in various types of lawsuits, acting as a representative of banks with FEBRABAN (Brazilian Federation of Banks) and ABEL (Brazilian Association of Leasing Companies).

In 2005, it established its own law firm in the capital of São Paulo, transferring its headquarters in 2016 to the city of Bragança Paulista, which had a branch since 2012, where, in addition to acting in litigation, it advises its clients in business relations, acting in these cases with excellence, in a preventive and proactive way.
